Please do not contact us about studio positions or interning. We are not currently taking on additional staff and those inquiries will not be answered.
Rates:
Studio Day Rate (without engineer) : $350 per day (8 hours)
Studio Hourly Rate (without engineer) : $50 per hour*
Engineer Rates: contact for rates
Tape Transfer (2", 1/4", cassette) : $75 per tape (including "baking" if needed)
*Hourly sessions are subject to availability and hourly sessions will be bumped if a full day session is booked. Hourly sessions require a minimum of 3 hours,, consecutively
Policies:
Session billing starts at the time the client booked, regardless of whether the client is present or not and continues until final load out.
A deposit of $100/day booked is required to confirm booking. The session will not be booked until the deposit is paid in full. Your deposit will not be refunded for bookings canceled less than 30 days before the start date. Exceptions can be made for illness, death and other major life events; assuming exceptional communication. Scheduling conflicts, nerves, lack of rehearsal or lack of money are not the responsibility of Cloudland Recording Studio and will not warrant a refund of the deposit.
Complete payment of the session is required at the end of the sessio. All mixes, hard drives, master tapes, etc. shall remain the property of Cloudland Recording Studio until all invoices are paid in full.
